  1. How do I get started?

    Schedule up Papawosh Laundry Pickup & Delivery service is easy! Book through http://book.papawosh.com. After booking submitted, our customer care will send you WhatsApp confirmation on your order. 


  2. What is the pickup delivery charges?

    The pick-up and delivery service is FREE for order above RM20.00. A pick-up fee of RM10.00 for order below RM20.00. Hotel surcharge of RM10.00 may apply for certain hotel pick-up & delivery.


  3. Are my clothes washed with other people's clothes?

    Absolutely not! Each bag is processed by itself. We will never clean your clothes with another customer’s clothing.


  4. What if I'm missing an item of clothing from my returned order?

    Although not required, you can complete an inventory sheet prior to pick-up that details all items found within your bag. You will keep the original sheet and we will keep a copy. Please notify Customer Care Line (+6019-6565 988) of any missing items listed on the inventory sheet within 48 hours of drop off. If your item is not located after further investigation, we will reimburse you an amount equal to your proof of purchase amount, limited to a maximum of RM100.00 and a maximum total of RM200.00 per customer.


  5. What forms of payment do you take?

    We accept all major debit cards and credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), Cash and online transfer.


  6. What should I put my clothing in for the initial pick up?

    For pick-up, items can be placed in any bags. Our rider will bring an IKEA bag when they arrived at your place. Please indicate all items that require any special processing (i.e. gentle wash cycle * air dry * hand wash * stain treatment * etc.).


  7. When is my laundry returned?

    Our standard turnaround is 2-3 days and Dry Clean may require extra day. If you need it back sooner you can request same day / next day delivery. There is an additional mark up of 50% of your invoice for a faster turnaround. 


  8. How do I find out if you serve my neighbourhood?

    We cover Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur and its nearby area. However, we do service certain Klang valley location upon special request, please contact our Customer Care Line through +6019-6565 988 for confirmation.


  9. What types of laundry do you clean?

    As we are partner with Oceanwave Laundry which has full laundry equipment in house, we can clean everything from garments to household items, curtains and carpets – machine wash, hand wash and Dry Clean.


  10. What do I do if I have a delicate garment that needs hand washed?

    Separate the item from the rest of your clothes by placing it in a bag, within the bag. Include a note that says "Hand Wash" with the item.


  11. Can I give someone else my bag to give to the rider?

    If you will not be present during your scheduled pick-up day, we will accept your bag from someone else. To maintain the security of your items, we will not drop-off to anyone other than yourself, unless you specifically contact us and instruct us otherwise.


  12. When do I pay for services?

    You can pay with cash or debit/credit card as all of rider carry mobile merchant machine when you received your delivery or you can pay through online transfer prior to your delivery time.


  13. What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?

    We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry.
